Joe and I have been married 30 years and lived in Plant City for 20 years before moving to Mulberry, FL in 2015. I love Jesus, my husband and family, coffee, rooster tchotchkes, sunflowers and anything Parisian. When I retired a friend invited me to volunteer and eventually work at Lighthouse Ministries (rescue mission and residential shelter program) to touch upon and learn many areas of this ministry work. I attended Louisiana Baptist University remotely and graduated from the College of Communications and Leadership. Since August of 2019 I have been at People's Life Institute directing and growing the ministry and outreach in Plant City. Our work is designed to be transformational but sometimes initially is a transaction, with a seed of hope planted for a better future. Seeing lives improved and changed with hope and self-worth restored is just awesome.
