Bethesda Assisted Living of Plant City is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Culinary Director to lead our dining program and help create an exceptional resident experience.

The Culinary Director will oversee all food service operations, including meal planning, kitchen supervision, food safety, inventory, and special dietary needs. This role will also support and help lead resident activities and engagement, contributing to a vibrant, welcoming community where residents feel nourished, connected, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily kitchen and dining operations
Plan menus that are nutritious, appealing, and appropriate for resident needs
Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and regulatory standards
Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Coordinate meal service for residents, guests, and community events
Help plan, support, and participate in resident activities and engagement
Work collaboratively with leadership and care staff to promote resident wellness and quality of life
Qualifications
Experience in food service leadership, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related setting
Interest or experience in resident engagement, activities, hospitality, or community programming
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Strong organizational and team leadership skills
Passion for serving seniors with dignity, compassion, and excellence
