Traci Tew Walding, owner of The Face Place P.C., a medical spa in Plant City, has been a dedicated businesswoman and animal advocate for over 14 years. Her lifelong passion for animals has driven her to personally foster dozens of animals, including infant kittens that she cares for until they are ready for adoption. Over the years, she has kept a few of her fosters, further deepening her commitment to animal welfare. Traci’s work extends beyond her own efforts, with over a decade of involvement with Pawlicious Poochie Pet Rescue and a recent appointment to the Board of the SPCA, where she continues to champion animal wellbeing.
Traci’s devotion to Plant City extends beyond her animal advocacy. As a sixth-generation Floridian with family ties in the area for over 100 years, she has become a beloved figure in her community. For nearly 30 years, she taught fitness at the Plant City YMCA, building lasting relationships and encouraging healthy lifestyles. Traci also participated in the popular local fundraiser Dancing with The Locals, where she showcased her community spirit by both dancing and serving as a judge. Her long-standing commitment to Plant City, coupled with her compassion and leadership, earned her the honor of being named Plant City’s Woman of Distinction.
