Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible for all—Those who are recovering from injury or illness, lack strength or mobility, the elderly, pregnant women, or those who cannot transition from the floor to seated or standing postures. It’s also for any Yogi who’d like to learn a new, creative, and supportive way of practicing Yoga!
Just bring your mat (or borrow one of ours), water, and a willingness to learn. Donna, Shari, and Terry will all be guiding or assisting at this workshop.
