You are invited to an awesome and interactive Power Hour lunch featuring guest speaker Christi from Scarlet Button Wellness. As an added bonus, Christi will be providing art kits for each guest-you won't want to miss it! Christi is the founder of Scarlet Button Wellness, a pop-up–based wellness business rooted in creativity, relaxation, and community. Based in Plant City, Florida, she brings art and sound experiences to locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. After retiring from over 20 years of service with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Christi shifted into work that blends creativity and mindfulness. She is certified in sound meditation, art therapy, and sylvotherapy, and is also an Ordained Minister, Reiki Master, and Registered Yoga Teacher. While she holds certifications in art therapy, she does not practice clinical therapy. Through Scarlet Button Wellness, Christi offers engaging art classes, creative workshops, and calming sound bath meditations designed to support relaxation and connection. Her work is inspired by a deep sense of gratitude for God, family, friends, and the animals who continue to bring joy into her life.
