The rule outlines those bodies of water that are subject to federal jurisdiction and\n\ntherefore require permits in order to conduct activities within those waters.\n\nThe agencies published a video presentation outlining the proposed rule that is available to the\n\npublic here: https://youtu.be/ZZ6kFJasDhg. Advocacy will reference this presentation in its\n\nremarks during the roundtable\; however\, attendees are encouraged to view the presentation prior\n\nto this event to help inform their remarks.\n\nWritten comments are due by April 15\, 2019.
