DESCRIPTION:DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: November 16\, 2016 (NO EXCEPTIONS) \nInspection of float by a Parade Marshal does not create liability for the Plant City Christmas Parade\, Inc. The Entrant is solely responsible for the safety of a float and compliance to City Ordinance. If entering a Unit other than float\, please enclose photo of unit. \n\nRules and Regulations\n\n\n	 1. No open dually style trailers will be permitted in the parade. Wheels must be constructed under the platform of the trailer being used. Exposed wheels are to be considered illegal use according to City Ordinance. This Rule will be strictly enforced.\n	2. All Units MUST be decorated with the exception of Public Officials / ONE unit only allowed per application\n	3. All Units must be in Line-up by 6:00 p.m.\n	4. NO CANDY OR OTHER ITEMS may be thrown from a moving unit but can be passed out by walkers.\n	5. Your Position Line-up Number will be given out at the MANDATORY pre-parade safety meeting on Nov. 28\, 2016\n	6. Parade Line-up starts @ Collins & Alsobrook Street   heads North on Collins to Reynolds Street   right on Reynolds Street. The parade will end by the Plant City Court House. All floats and larger units will line up at Plant City Stadium.
